It is time again to make sure your spot is reserved for all the great OSC functions planned for this year. Reservations must be made no later than NOON on the Monday prior to the event. Once the deadline has passed, we will be charged for the meals that have been committed. Thus, if you missed an event and did not cancel your reservation, please understand that we still have to charge you for the meal. Payment may be made by check or cash only. Here are the two options for making reservations:
You can make your reservations either by phone or email. Please email reservations@travisosc.com. Expect a confirmation email in reply to all emailed reservations. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation, assume your reservation was not received and please try again.

Remember, the reservation deadlines are imposed by the Delta Breeze Club and must be strictly enforced.
Travis OSC Childcare Reservation Policy (Updated as of November 2009)
OSCChildcare Policy
Childcare is available for all daytime and evening OSC functions (exceptions: our Open House, off base events, and the Auction).Spots are limited to a first-come, first-serve policy.Please make your childcare reservations at the time you make your function reservation and let us know the age(s) of your child(ren).All reservations are made for a minimum of 2 hours for functions and 1.5 hours for board meetings.Therefore, if you pick up your child(ren) early, a minimum of $9 must be paid per child.Any cancellations will also be charged $9 per child.
Childcare will be held in the neighboring room of all events.You may drop of your child(ren) no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the function and pick them up immediately after the function.The fee is $4.50 per hour per child and payment is due when you pick up your child (cash or check only).Please pack a bag with the items your child will need (diapers, wipes, etc.) including a nutritious snack and drink and label your child’s belongings.If dropping off an infant, bring a car seat or stroller.
Please note: The childcare providers will not give your child a snack unless you have packed it and labeled it.Also, aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.If children are aggressive and unresponsive to warnings, the parent will be contacted to pick up their child immediately and children will not be allowed back in childcare until the issue has been resolved.
