The TOSC Welfare Committee meets on the last Thursday of every month; therefore, all requests must be received by the Tuesday prior to be considered for funding.

To assist you in your application for funding, please consider the following:

·      Funds cannot be given to individuals

·      Funds can only be given to nonprofit organizations, schools and    
       Military Organizations.

To assist us in evaluating your request, be as specific as possible.  Ask for an exact amount of funding.  Give us as much information as possible about the program you want us to support and how it will directly affect the Travis Air Force Base Community.  If you are asking for a specific item, or items, give us the exact cost, where it may be purchased, and how it will be used.  If you are asking for more than one item, please list them separately, and rank them in order of importance.  (Our funds are limited so we may have to choose which items we are able to support).
